To create your account, simply head to www.blissart.com and click on “SIGN UP FOR FREE”.
You can easily join using your Facebook and Google accounts or enter your full details instead.
Signing up and creating your BLISSART account is completely free, regardless of whether you'd like to browse, buy or sell art!
After you sign up, you will have a Buyer account. To activate your Artist and Art Enthusiast accounts, click on the access you wish to activate and follow the instructions.
If you decide to close your BLISSART account, go to Settings ( https://www.blissart.com/settings/ ) click on “ Edit Preferences ”, and click on the link that says " If you'd like to delete your BLISSART account please click here ".
In order to reopen the account, you will need to contact us.
All user accounts are closed instantaneously. If you have an Artist or Art Enthusiast account, please allow up to 14 days to complete the process.
BLISSART may limit, suspend, or deactivate your account, as outlined in our General Terms of Use
1. After you sign up, a verification email will be sent to the email address you registered. Check your email inbox for an email from noreply@blissart.com, with the subject Confirm your BLISSART account.
Access the email and click on the teal button that reads Confirm your account.
You will the be redirected to the site and your BLISSART account will be confirmed.
2. If you haven’t received the verification email in your inbox, click on the “ LOGIN ” or “ SIGN UP FOR FREE ” buttons on BLISSART landing page and click on the link that says “ Didn’t receive confirmation? ”. The resend confirmation instructions pop up will then appear. Enter your registered email address, click on the teal button that reads Resend confirmation instructions and repeat the step 1. above.
You can add a profile picture to your user profile as follows:

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “ LOGIN ” button on BLISSART landing page and click on the link that says “ Forgot your password? ”. The password reset instructions pop up will then appear. Enter your registered email address, click on the teal button that reads Send me rest password instructions and you'll be emailed a link to reset your password from noreply@blissart.com, with the subject Reset password instructions for BLISSART.
Be sure to check your spam and junk folders for the email if it hasn't arrived in your inbox shortly after submitting your request.

Note that you need to know your current password to change your password.
If you created your BLISSART account by connecting to Facebook or Google, you were not required to create a password. You can continue to log in via Facebook or Google. The use of strong passwords can slow or often defeat the various attack methods of compromising a user account.
Here are some tips:
Make sure to use a different password for each of your important accounts.
Create different passwords for email, banking, and social media accounts to reduce risks of identity theft.
Create a password that makes sense to you but not to others.
Avoid simple passwords constituted of personal information such as your name, age, birth date, child’s name, favorite song and dictionary words as such passwords are easily cracked by programs.
Use at least 8 characters of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
The more characters, the merrier. Combine numbers (1,2,3,4…) symbols (#, $, &, %...) and a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters as passwords are case sensitive.

To change the email address you use on BLISSART, log in to your BLISSART user account and visit Settings ( https://www.blissart.com/settings/ ) by clicking on the avatar or your name at the top right of the navigation bar.
You will find below the common cases that could be justifying why you are looking for one of our email notifications.
Is your registered email address correct?
Check if we are sending you notifications to your right address or if your address was entered correctly:
Did you change any email preferences?
Check your email preferences to make sure the email notification you are looking for is active, by following the instructions in the article How do I manage my email preferences?
Did you check your spam folder and other email filters?
Start by searching your inbox using the words associated with the notification you are looking for or “BLISSART” as a keyword – the email could be hiding somewhere.
Then, check your spam or junk folders as our messages could have mistakenly got sent into the wrong folder by your email provider.
Lastly, if you have established rules to automatically move emails to specified folders, cross check that your settings are still valid.
You can choose between Imperial (Inches & Pounds) and Metric (Centimeters & Kilograms) measurement systems.
To change your preferred measurement system, you can scroll down to the bottom of a page while logged in and select “ Imperial ” or “ Metric ” on the right of the footer.

Based on your shipping address, we provide you real time shipping rates generated by our courier partners FedEx, DHL and USPS - ensure your address is correct and up to date.
You can edit a shipping address when logged in or NOT but can only delete or save more than one Shipping address when logged in.
To edit a shipping address
When NOT logged in:
Click on “ Shipping address ” on the footer at the bottom of a page or on the Artwork details modal and select “ Edit ” on the drop-down menu.
Update the required fields and click on the button that reads Save.
When logged in:

To delete a shipping address

In your Settings
To change your primary address when you have more than one registered, log in to your BLISSART user account and visit Settings ( https://www.blissart.com/settings/ ) by clicking on the avatar or your name at the top right of the navigation bar.
During Checkout
Should you have more than one address registered, the address you select on your checkout page becomes your primary address.
If you are getting an Artwork delivered to a friend or relative, your primary address will hence become the one of your friend or relative.
Don’t forget to change back your primary address in your settings, ensuring the real time shipping rates are provided against your personal home or office primary address.
At this point, BLISSART is exclusively offered in English and USD.
Work is in progress to offer additional languages and currencies in a close future.
To add an Artwork to your favorites:
If you are not logged in and click on the love icon when hovering on an Artwork, the log in pop up will appear, inviting you to log in before proceeding.
To remove an Artwork from your favorites, log in to your BLISSART user account and visit Favorites ( https://www.blissart.com/settings/ ) by clicking on the avatar or your name at the top right of the navigation bar.

To create an album on your dashboard, log in to your BLISSART user account and visit Favorites ( https://www.blissart.com/favorites ) by clicking on the avatar or your name at the top right of the navigation bar.
Albums are for your private use and you will find them in your Favorites.
They allow you to organize the Artworks you love.
Collections are for private and public use and are found in ateliers and galleries.
Artists create custom collections to organize their creations and publish selected collections on their atelier for the world to see.
Art enthusiasts create custom collections to organize the Artworks they curate and exhibit selected curated collections on their gallery for their network to see.
Following your favorite Artists is a great to stay tuned with their latest creations.
Visit the Followed Artists page in your Favorites regularly to check what is new.
To follow an Artist, you can:
New Artworks uploaded by the Artist will now appear on your Followed Artists page.
To unfollow an Artist, you can:
The Artworks from the unfollowed Artist are removed from your Followed Artists page.
An Invitation fee is the fee Artists and Art enthusiasts earn by successfully inviting new Artists.
As they successfully invite a new Artist on BLISSART, they earn 10% of the Artworks sold by the invited Artist for 6 months (180 days), and can keep on extending the benefiting period indefinitely! The 10% earnings are calculated as 10% of the Artworks listing price sold. For example, as an Art enthusiast successfully invites 30 Artists and each Artist invited sells one Artwork every month listed at $100, the Art enthusiast earns 300$ a month!
You can’t invite new Artists with a Buyer only access.
To invite new Artists and earn invitation fees, unlock your Art enthusiast access or your Artist access by clicking on “+ Gallery” or “+ Atelier” on the top left of your dashboard navigation bar and completing the requirements.
An invitation code is a unique alphanumeric code Art enthusiasts and Artists create when unlocking their gallery or atelier access. They can use this code to invite fellow Art enthusiasts and Artists, securing their invitation fees while granting those joining 500 Points.
Points are a type of in-application currency that can be used by Artists to grow their atelier or by Art enthusiasts to grow their gallery, discount Artworks by 10% on their gallery or provide vouchers to their network granting 5% discount off ANY piece purchased on BLISSART.COM while securing their gallery fee on them.
You can’t use points with a Buyer only access.
To use Points, unlock your Art enthusiast access or your Artist access by clicking on “+ Gallery” or “+ Atelier” on the top left of your dashboard navigation bar and completing the requirements.
500 Points are credited to your Buyer access when joining BLISSART on invitation; either by clicking on an invitation link sent to you or by entering a friend’s invitation code during Sign up. To use them, unlock your Art Enthusiast of Artist access.
