As we understand it is challenging to picture centimeters and inches, we invented five different size groups that should help you easily visualize the size of the Artwork you are browsing.
The longest measurement of an Artwork [Height (H) or Width (W)] defines the size group it belongs to.
You will find each group size dimensions below:
Hand Size: | H or W up to 30 CM | H or W up to 11.8 INCH |
Arm’s Length: | H or W between 30 to 76 CM | H or W between 11.8 to 29.9 INCH |
Ab’s Heigh: | H or W between 76 to 118 CM | H or W between 29.9 to 46.4 INCH |
Body Size: | H or W between 118 to 176 CM | H or W between 46.4 to 69.3 INCH |
Giant Size: | H or W above 176 CM | H or W above 69.3 INCH |

We are keeping it in mind for future developments and will keep updated should we decide to push through in this direction.
BLISSART provides you with discounted courier shipping rates in real time.
It is pretty much as if you were at the counter of your preferred courier enquiring for rates, except that you can now get quotations in a click from your sofa and you are benefiting from volume discounted rates.
Shipping rates are automatically quoted based on the Artist pick up address , the Artwork packaged dimensions , and your delivery address – leveraging BLISSART shipping accounts and discounted rates.
You can get real time shipping rates either while reviewing the details of an Artwork, or during check out.
To get real time shipping rates
While reviewing the details of an Artwork:
Click on the Artwork you wish to review and a pop up with the extensive Artwork details will appear.
Under “Real time shipping rates” on the right of the pop up:
If you’ve already entered your delivery address on a previous pop up, you don’t need to re-enter it, just click on “Quote me”.
During check out:
As you click on the CHECKOUT button in your cart:
If you have more than one delivery address registered, the real time shipping rate will get computed every time you select a different delivery address.
If no shipping rates are returned after you entered your delivery address:
Start by checking that your delivery address is exact and up to date and edit it if necessary.
If your delivery address is correct, it could be that the Artwork pick up address entered by the Artist contains an error and hence can’t be computed. Select Artworks from different Artists in different countries and try again.
If your address is correct and you can’t get shipping rates even after trying with Artworks from different Artists in different countries, it could be that the service is momentarily down . In such a case, there should be a notification posted on our landing page or about to be.
Shipping rates are quoted dynamically every time you check and can change from one visit to the other. There are many factors driving those variations, such as exchange rates fluctuations, cross border agreements modifications, fuel surcharge updates, shipping services change, courier terms & prices revisions…
Based on your delivery address, we provide you real time shipping rates generated by our courier partners FedEx, DHL and USPS - ensure your address is correct and up to date.
You can edit a delivery address when logged in or NOT but can only delete or save more than one delivery address when logged in.

One of the many challenges we tackled in BLISSART is the absence of price reference for Art.
The bigger the Artworks, the more Artists can charge for them.
The more Artists sell and help other fellow Artists sell, the more they can charge for their own Artworks.
Artists across continents now have transparent and equalitarian pricing foundations to build on.
The maximum price Artists can charge is established by combining two factors: the area slab of the Artworks (calculated as Height x Width) and their Sales level:
Size drives price:
Artworks are categorized in 5 area slabs. The bigger the Artworks, the higher area slab they belong to, the more Artists can charge for them.
Evolutive pricing bands:
Artists can charge more for Artworks as they increase their Sales level. They level up as their Artworks are sold and as they help other Artists sell their creations through their gallery.

You will only see the Return item button if your order is within the 14 days return period or if you haven’t waived your rights to refund by ticking the relevant box when posting a review.
Once you’ve received your Artwork, you have 14 days to decide whether or not you would like to keep it. Where you wish to return the Artwork for personal or aesthetic reasons , the refund covers the cost of the Artwork and the shipping cost to your destination only, while you are charged for the return shipping costs: the return shipping costs being deducted from your refund value.
Any potential customs duties paid are not eligible for refund.
After selecting the reason of your return:
In an extraordinary case where cost of the return exceeds the value to be refunded, no return of the Artwork will be permissible.
The refund value will be credited back to you within 7 days of notification of receipt from the Artist that the Artwork has been received undamaged in its original packaging together with any materials and certificates.
Where you wish to return the Artwork as faulty, not as described or materials and certificates are missing , the refund covers the cost of the Artwork and the shipping cost to your destination, and the Artist is charged with the return shipping costs.
Any potential customs duties paid are not eligible for refund.
Before proceeding, we recommend contacting the Artist directly to work towards a resolution. If you’re unable to work things out with the Artist directly, you have 7 days following delivery of the item to open a case.
After selecting the reason of your return and to open a case:
Upon submission, a case will be opened and a BLISSART administrator will contact you to mediate and close the case.
Where you wish to return the Artwork as the packaging and its contained Artwork are damaged , the refund will correspond to the liability of the courier. The liability of a courier is limited to the higher of a) the amount provided by the applicable international treaty or local law; or b) a rate per kilogram; or c) lumpsum per Shipment (typically in the 100$ range).
Where the packaging and its contained Artwork are damaged when delivered by the courier, you are to inform BLISSART within 4 days following delivery and have contents, original shipping cartons and packaging available for inspection by the courier and retain them until the claim is concluded. The courier reserves the right to inspect damaged Shipments on your premises as well as the right to retrieve the damaged Package for inspection at a courier facility. Receipt of the Shipment by you without written notice of damage on the delivery receipt provided by the courier is prima facie evidence that the Shipment was delivered in good condition.
After selecting the reason of your return and to open a claim:
As a valid claim is submitted, you will be informed by a BLISART admin about the claim value authorized by the courier
No, you can’t cancel an order.
Once you’ve received your Artwork, you have 14 days to decide whether or not you would like to keep it. If you wish to return the piece, we will refund your purchase while you are charged with the shipping cost back to the Artist.
